There are many different stages to concrete finishing and all are vital to the ultimate goal: a smooth, level slab. After the concrete is poured, those steps require vibration, leveling, finishing, and cutting – all of which require different tools to get the job done. We challenged ourselves to provide a comprehensive solution for all.

Providing what we believe to be a superior alternative for any post-pour concrete application, we have announced a new concrete equipment line of pokers, screeds, trowels and saws, establishing a complete line of concrete equipment for contractors to get the job done quickly and efficiently.

The challenge with freshly poured concrete is that it contains air pockets, which require vibration to increase the density and strength of the concrete. To increase the density and strength of the concrete, the contractor should employ a concrete vibrator or a screed, and now contractors can select from a line of CP mechanical or pneumatic concrete vibrators to meet the varying needs out on a jobsite.

We’re offering a mechanical and pneumatic line of concrete vibrators for small, mid-size and larger jobs. While the mechanical models are best suited for floors and parking applications, pneumatic models can handle applications such as floors, bridges, tunnels, foundations, retaining walls, parking structures, harbors and precast forms.

The mechanical line, featuring the VPM 26, VPM 36, VPM 46 and VPM 56, are incredibly reliable, versatile and user-friendly. Designed for mid-sized construction applications, mechanical pokers work best with medium-to-high slump concrete. The mechanical line has a choice of gasoline or diesel drive units with rugged construction and includes rubber mountings to reduce vibration and noise, and quick-release couplings.

The pneumatic models, VPP 27, VPP 37, VPP 47, VPP 57, VPP 67 and VPP 77, are low maintenance – using compressed air cooling for higher dependability even in the most remote locations. Delivering high-performance centrifugal force, the pneumatic line can be utilized for jobs of any size with low-to-high slump concrete requiring high-speed vibration. A complete range of air compressors is available to run VPP pneumatic pokers for any job site.

Screed

For a consistently even surface, we have introduced two new screeds – the LBG 1200 and LBG 800. Without any need for a guide or supporting tube, the screeds are equipped with reliable Honda® engines and offer reduced hand-arm vibration, allowing contractors to work longer without getting fatigued.

The LBG 1200 is a hand-held screed that provides surface vibration only; it is suitable for slabs of all types and concrete of all consistencies. The LBG 800 is recommended for smaller slabs and medium-to-low slump concrete, providing deeper vibration and single-step leveling.

CombiForm is a lightweight, leave-in-place screed rail system that is cast into the concrete with the potential to save time and transport costs. Providing an efficient leveling system, CombiForm is easily prepared by casting into the concrete and can eliminate the need for a floor saw.

Concrete, surfacing, power trowel, STGPower Trowel

Used after the leveling process to create a long-lasting, durable finish for concrete slabs, industrial floors, harbors, parking lots and alleys; our power trowels are designed for reliable performance and low maintenance.

We’re now offering three trowels – the STG 24, STG 36 and STG 46. The STG 24 is a small power float edger intended for smaller slabs and finishing edges, especially in confined spaces and by walls. STG 36 and 46 are higher capacity trowels designed for larger slabs.

Floor Saw

Floor saws are suitable for cutting expansion joints in asphalt and concrete. The saws can be used to cut asphalt for road maintenance and as an alternate to jack hammers, typically using them with floors and parking.

The floor saws deliver a straight, stable cut for expansion joints, to a maximum depth of 150 mm and are built with the operator’s comfort in mind with adjustable handles and ergonomically positioned controls. The floor saw comes in both gasoline and diesel models.

We are excited to be with you step-by-step for all of your concrete needs.
